Our very first ice cream flavor, exclusive to Park Lake Creamery. This ultra-premium (16% cream) ice cream is packed with imported marasca cherries from Italy and swirled in real cherry juice. Small chips of Belgian dark chocolate are added for taste & texture.
It took us 3 years to bring this flavor to market. We were told it was too hard, too expensive, too time-consuming. Yes, each individual pint is made by hand, there is no fancy machine.
