We use a 72% dark chocolate for this bar that is Fair Trade Certified, vegan, and soy-free. It has a wonderful depth of flavor and provides a solid foundation for the sweetness of the cherries.
Each bar mold is decorated with red & silver for dramatic effect. Then each bar is hand made with the walnuts and cherries placed into the mold, the chocolate drizzled around, and more nuts and cherries dropped onto the back. Each bite is an explosion of taste and texture!
