Here's something you don't want to miss!

I discovered panforte when I traveled to Italy.  I was so intrigued by the depth of flavor, the wonderfully chewy and dense texture, and it's incredible history that I went to work on my own version.  This is the result of that work!  You need to try it yourself and you need to give it to someone as a gift.  So much better than a bottle of wine if you're invited to someone's home.  Share the magic of panforte!
