These chocolate bars are made quite literally from scratch. I start with a 100% raw ground cacao and then sweeten the chocolate with 4 special sweeteners: Monk Fruit, Stevia, Erythritol and Allulose. These natural sugars have zero or near zero glycemic index and are therefore suitable for diabetics and keto diets. They have been perfectly balanced to create the sweetness necessary to accentuate the underlying chocolate flavor without overpowering it and without distracting aftertastes.
There are sometimes different variations available based on the raw cacao I'm sourcing for these bars!
