Product Exchanges

If a product has been damaged during shipping (including heat or cold damage), we will provide a replacement free of charge. Just provide us photos of the damaged product for our records and so we may improve the steps we take ensure product quality.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
