I start by slow-cooking milk, cream, sugar and vanilla for over an hour to create a smooth textured soft caramel. Just before the pour we add soft butter and just the right amount of Mediterranean sea salt. This is Konny's "236" soft center caramel; rich, silky smooth and with an incredible depth of flavor.
Each is covered in Octaaf Callebaut's recipe 811 dark chocolate, direct from Belgium. The taste profile of this chocolate is full bodied with fine top notes, an extremely well-balanced chocolate taste, smooth cocoa body and a pleasant intensity.

Without a doubt the best chocolate caramels I have ever had! Konstantin J. Zsigo is simply a magician with chocolates. We have thoroughly enjoyed every treat in our order. Very well packaged and was still cool when they arrived in a heat wave!
The chocolates are amazing! The note you include and all the special touches made it all more enjoyable. It's can be difficult to find good chocolate anymore. We will be ordering again soon.

They are amazing little dark chocolate caramel bites that are good to eat. If you are feeling like you want some caramel chocolate but don’t want to buy a bar of it then this works great and can definitely help you out. Of course it’s kinda like chips once you have one you may find yourself eating more.

Everything about it was good. My only complaint was the caramel itself isn't smoother. If it was smoother itd be a perfect 5/5
These are so good. A lot of shops say salted caramel and you barely get a taste of the salt. These have the perfect amount.

These are some one the best chocolates I've had in a while, in the fact that they are not super sweet or bitter, they have a great balance. Caramel is not going to stick to your teeth like glue, and they have a super clean and polished top on them.
If I had to say anything, it would be that they are not very salt forward, but for some people, that is exactly what they want from high quality CHOCOLATES (you want to be bale to taste the actual chocolates).
Best Carmel I've ever had. Chocolate is very special as well.
