Konstantin J. Zsigo is an amazing Chocolatier. First, and foremost, he loves what he does. He loves to experiment. He has a deep knowledge of chocolate and the science behind it. The Lemon Fizz Bar is a perfect example. It combines so many techniques to make an amazing treat. I love the flavor of Lemon. Combine that with the rich cocoa flavor and texture and add a pop fizz to excite your taste buds is pure genius. The taste is amazing, the chocolate is perfectly tempered. What an absolute delight. His TikTok Video on how he made it was so cool. A real work of art. I gave a bar to my Aid, she not knowing what was ahead... was so l surprised when the pop fizz took over. With a good laugh we celebrated this amazing creation. Thanks Konny, for such pleasure.
We tried 3 different candies and a free piece we were given and all of them were delicious! The Lemon Fizz was our absolute favorite!! I would give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend and I will be placing a second order!

The popping sensation when you put the chocolate in your mouth is great. The sweetness of the chocolate is just right where it’s not too sweet but enough to savor your sweet tooth. It was definitely worth it.
I really appreciated the careful and thoughtful packaging from the owner. The box was packed extremely securely with protective filling everywhere inside, and I also received a handwritten card, which made the whole experience feel very warm and personal.
You can truly tell how much effort and love was put into every detail of both the chocolates and the packaging design. Each chocolate even came with descriptions of the ingredients and the inspiration behind it. The owner’s passion for chocolate really shows in every part of the experience, and as a customer, it genuinely made me feel appreciated and cared for. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a small sample as a gift.
As for the flavors, the Lemon Fizz Bar was amazing. Unlike ordinary chocolate, it has a refreshing sour lemon flavor instead of being only sweet, which makes the taste feel much more layered and interesting. At the same time, it still keeps the smooth and rich feeling of chocolate instead of tasting like regular lemon candy. My favorite part was definitely the popping candy. While the chocolate slowly melted in my mouth, the popping candy kept crackling, and the combination of the creamy chocolate and the popping candy was incredibly creative and fun.
It was delicious.My mother and I are both not big fans of lemon, but this bar was so well executed we both really liked it! The texture, flavor, design, etc.10/10!

Amazing flavor my wife loved them.
Opening it smelled like home made lemon curd and it was as glossy as the pictures. The fizz is from popping candy and was a fun treat, especially when i surprised my friends with it. There was a lot of giggling! I love these and will buy again!

The lemon fizz bar is a spectacular exercise in lemon! This is one of the most lemon items I've had. the flavor is pure lemon, and the sweetness is just right to let the tart lemon shine through.
