If you already like matcha, you're in for a treat. This is a real matcha bar that has been created from scratch. It's not a white chocolate blended with matcha, instead, the bar has been created from a perfect blend of real cocoa butter, sugar, milk powder and matcha. It has been stone ground to within 15 microns for a perfectly smooth mouthfeel.
The result is a bar that is not overly sweet, allowing the matcha flavor to shine through. The color is all-natural as well, just the color of matcha.
To add some crunch and additional nutritional value, I added puffed quinoa. I think you'll love it!
