How does one contact customer support on this page? I ordered three of these bars thinking they were regular sized candy bars, as that’s how they’re pictured and the description of the bar doesn’t state otherwise. My candy bars WERE THE SIZE OF MY PINKY FINGER. THESE ARE PRICED AT 20$.
Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered these after being in the hospital for a long time, and wanted to buy something special for myself. I have never bought from an actual chocolatier before, and let me tell you it will never happen again. I am poor, and this was a huge decision for me that I went out in a limb for. Never again. If customer support could contact me, I would like a refund on my order.
Hi Michaela .. customer support is just replying to the confirmation email and then you're talking directly to me. The bar is 3 1/2' long. Not trying to trick anyone. It's a premium bar, very hard to make, high quality ingredients. Sometimes bigger isn't better.
These are the perfect candy bar, the crackle of the chocolate the crunch of the filling with just the right sweetness. I get these for gifts my whole family loves them. All his chocolate is amazing

Didn’t really like the milk chocolate, for some reason it just threw it off. The pistachio part was good. I think it would probably taste a lot better If it was dark chocolate, maybe one day I might try that.
We have them in Dark Chocolate .. Most people like the milk chocolate version better but there are others that absolutely swear by the dark chocolate version instead. I really only wanted to make one or the other, but the customers have spoken and I'll always do both!

I ordered these back when he was still tweaking things and they were soooo good. I ordered a second batch of the finalized recipe and OH MY GOD!!!! Truthfully the best version of the Dubai chocolate bar I have ever had, and I was really obsessed with it for quite a while! The delicacy and artistry, as well as the respect he has for his ingredients really comes through. Can’t wait to try more. Also to those commenting on price… You mean high quality, small batch, homemade delicacies are expensive? And meltable product costs more to ship????? Duh guys…🙄

Absolutely insane quality. Beautiful chocolate, balanced structure, incredible mouthfeel. No flavors overtake any others, but they all shine. My wife is a huge fan of pistachio and felt the representation here was excellent. I'm more of a taste-over-looks kinda guy, but the designs are exceptional as well. Highly recommend.

Taste was great. These are my favorite. We enjoyed the new unmamed bar too. Bars were melted and had deformed upon arrival even inside the cold-packaged-box. We also felt the price was high for 3 tiny bars, but i recongize this has to do with shipping expenses. After we cooled the bars in the fridge, we we're able to handle and eat them. They were fantastic.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our buckeyes and pistachio chocolate bars. They were packed nicely and transported with ice packs to keep from melting too.
I loved it! I thought it had the perfect amount of crunch that you look for in this chocolate bar but it was also not dry at the same time. Would buy again!

A note to start, I wouldn't give any of the similar type chocolate bars I've tasted 4 stars, so this is the best of the lot. Purchased these because my wife has celiac's disease. She thought that they were good but too much pistachio forward flavor for her taste. I enjoyed the creamy pistachio and crunch of the bars, of course the chocolate as always is superb. In the end these are the best of this type of bar that I have had yet.
