This is a pure Belgian White Chocolate bar for people who appreciate white chocolate.
Real white chocolate is made from cocoa butter (from the cacao bean), milk powder, vanilla and sugar. A high quality white chocolate bar will actually look somewhat yellow (not a bright white). The yellow cast is the natural color of the cocoa butter.
Most white chocolate bars, even if they're real, are too sweet. This one is very well balanced and the dairy really shines through. Of all the white chocolates, this is my absolute favorite.
