We start by grinding freeze dried raspberries ultra fine with cocoa butter & sugar. Then we blend this with a 72% dark chocolate to get a true, authentic raspberry flavor. There is nothing artificial or fake in this chocolate bar.
The decorations on these bars is stunning, with complex patterns, colors & highlights. The taste is incredible and the presentation is on point.
