Caramel Sauce

This real caramel sauce is Konny's special "225" recipe.  It contains only fresh cream, vanilla bean & sugar, slow-cooked to perfection.  Use it in your morning coffee for a rich sweet taste, add it to your ice cream or use it on your pancake or waffles instead of syrup.

Look in the grocery store for caramel sauce and you'll find it's really corn syrup and artificial color.  That's because real caramel sauce needs to be refrigerated and only lasts about a month (grocery stores hate that).  Treat yourself to the real thing!  You won't believe the difference in taste and texture.
