Root Beer Float Chocolate Bar

Yes—it really tastes like root beer. It smells like root beer. It even fizzes like root beer!

After months of trial and error, I finally found the right blend of spices to create an authentic root beer flavor completely from scratch. I combine that blend with creamy white chocolate, then add milk and malted milk to capture the rich, nostalgic creaminess of a root beer float.

After a night in the grinder, the mixture becomes silky-smooth root beer chocolate. I color it brown using natural fruit and vegetable extracts, then airbrush the molds to recreate the swirling, foamy appearance of root beer poured over a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Finally, I mix popping crystals into the chocolate, giving every bite a playful fizz and that unmistakable root beer float finish.
