This is a fantastic sugar-free bar. I start with a 100% raw ground cacao from the Paccari plantation in Ecuador and then sweeten the chocolate with 4 special sweeteners: Monk Fruit, Stevia, Erythritol and Allulose. These natural sugars have zero or near zero glycemic index and are therefore suitable for diabetics and keto diets. They have been perfectly balanced to create the sweetness necessary to accentuate the underlying chocolate flavor without overpowering it and without distracting aftertastes.

I'm sorry this chocolate bar didn't rock your world. It's actually really special -- the 100% cocoa comes directly from Ecuador and then I add all of the zero-sugar sweeteners in a stone grinder.
